IN 2019, IMPORTS OF CLOTHES, GOODS, AND HOME APPLIANCES WILL REMAIN EXPENSIVE

Import customs duties have been changed for 452 types of goods in comparison with the planned for 2019 according to PR-3818 from 06/29/2018. An excise tax was introduced on 65 items (PR–4086 dated 12/26/2018). We analyze how the new rates will affect the “customs clearance”.

Import duties

Import duties increased compared to those planned in PR-3818 dated June 29, 2018. An increase of 5-30% affected 443 types of goods.
